A Story Never Told, the 7th album from NYC-based composer, musician, and producer Jester Black, swirls through an atmosphere of progressive ethereal psychedelica that crosses from enigmatic dub through kinetic ambient rock with the omnipresent gothic flair that has defined Black Ether for nearly two decades.

Says Jester Black: “Making an album is like catharsis for me. I let all inhibitions go and let the creative spirit fly and it always comes out Black Ether, even if the songs are the children of a million different mothers. The Muse doesn’t explain…and I don’t ask. But when it’s all done, I’m at a new level of whole.”

As for the title, A Story Never Told, Jester challenges us: “People are going to ask me what story hasn’t been told. But I’m not telling. Make the story your own and keep it to yourself. We all need that space where we can dream the most impossible things. That’s entirely the point of Black Ether. It could be that in the end, the story is………..YOURS.”
